From a rough idea to a listing with release notes.

We take on whole projects and single phases. If you only need the Android port, or only the release and aftercare on a title you already built, that is a normal engagement for us.

01

Game development

Original mobile games, from a paper loop to a live Play Store listing.

We take a game from the first grey-box prototype to a released build: core loop design, art direction, engine work, economy tuning and the whole store submission. We prototype early and cheaply — a loop that is not fun in grey boxes will not become fun with art on top of it.

What you get

  • Playable prototype inside the first weeks
  • Unity or Godot production build
  • Performance budget held on low-end Android
  • Store listing, assets and content rating
02

Android applications

Native Kotlin apps that stay small, quick and legible on cheap hardware.

Utility and consumer apps written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose. We treat download size and cold-start time as features, not afterthoughts, because a large share of the devices our work runs on are budget handsets on metered data.

What you get

  • Native Kotlin / Compose codebase
  • Offline-first data layer
  • Accessibility and large-text passes
  • Play Store release and staged rollout
03

Porting & device coverage

Existing builds brought to Android without the frame-rate falling apart.

If a title already exists on another platform, we handle the Android port: input remapping, aspect-ratio and cutout handling, texture and audio re-compression, and the tuning pass that makes it hold a frame budget on hardware several generations behind the original target.

What you get

  • Touch and gamepad input mapping
  • Asset pipeline re-targeting
  • Device-tier quality settings
  • Real-device test matrix
04

Release & live operations

The unglamorous half: rollouts, policy, crash triage, the next update.

Shipping is the start of the work. We run staged rollouts, watch crash and ANR rates against the release, keep up with Play policy and target-API deadlines, and turn store reviews into an ordered backlog rather than a pile of notifications.

What you get

  • Staged rollout and release monitoring
  • Crash / ANR triage with a fix cadence
  • Play policy and target-API compliance
  • Store review triage and update notes
Engagement shape

However far you come with us, it runs the same way.

  1. Phase 01

    Scoping

A short paid discovery: what the thing is, who it is for, what the smallest shippable version looks like, and what it will cost. You leave with a written scope you own, whether or not we build it.

  2. Phase 02

    Prototype

A playable or clickable build on a real device, fast. For a game this is the core loop in grey boxes; for an app it is the two or three screens that carry the whole product.

  3. Phase 03

    Production

Two-week cycles, each one ending in a build you can install. Art, content and systems land incrementally, against a performance budget we agree at the start and measure every cycle.

  4. Phase 04

    Release

Internal testing, then closed, then a staged public rollout. We prepare the listing, assets, content rating and data-safety declarations, and watch the first days of live traffic closely.

  5. Phase 05

    Aftercare

Crash triage, policy deadlines and an update cadence. Most of a title’s life happens after launch, and it is the part that decides whether the listing holds its rating.
