Games and apps
built in Kathmandu,
shipped to Google Play.
We design, build and ship games and applications for Android — from the first prototype through to the Play Console release notes, and every update after that. We work on the devices our players actually own — mid-tier Android handsets on metered data — and we treat the release as the start of the job rather than the end of it.

A studio the size of the valley it works in — small, specific, shipping.
- Android 8+
- Minimum target we test and support on real hardware
- 60 fps
- Frame budget held on mid-tier devices, not just flagships
- 2 weeks
- Cycle length — every one ends in an installable build
- Day 1
- Crash and ANR monitoring from the first staged rollout
Titles we designed, built and released.
Four ways studios and founders use us.
Game development
Original mobile games, from a paper loop to a live Play Store listing.
02Android applications
Native Kotlin apps that stay small, quick and legible on cheap hardware.
03Porting & device coverage
Existing builds brought to Android without the frame-rate falling apart.
04Release & live operations
The unglamorous half: rollouts, policy, crash triage, the next update.
Five phases, each ending in something you can install.
- Phase 01
Scoping
A short paid discovery: what the thing is, who it is for, what the smallest shippable version looks like, and what it will cost. You leave with a written scope you own, whether or not we build it.
- Phase 02
Prototype
A playable or clickable build on a real device, fast. For a game this is the core loop in grey boxes; for an app it is the two or three screens that carry the whole product.
- Phase 03
Production
Two-week cycles, each one ending in a build you can install. Art, content and systems land incrementally, against a performance budget we agree at the start and measure every cycle.
- Phase 04
Release
Internal testing, then closed, then a staged public rollout. We prepare the listing, assets, content rating and data-safety declarations, and watch the first days of live traffic closely.
- Phase 05
Aftercare
Crash triage, policy deadlines and an update cadence. Most of a title’s life happens after launch, and it is the part that decides whether the listing holds its rating.
Tell us what you want on the Play Store.
A concept on a napkin is enough to start. Send it over and we will come back with an honest read on scope, cost and whether we are the right studio for it.
